Empowering Our Members, Strengthening Our Team

As part of our commitment to transparency, growth and efficiency, we are embarking on our New Strategic Direction following the development of our 2024 – 2029 Strategic Plan through the collective contributions of our member-owners, all staff, management, and officers on our committees and Board of Directors. We are excited to now roll out the initiatives that support SJCU’s new mission, “We foster socio-economic development and growth for members to achieve their goals.”

One of the first initiatives is our organizational strengthening in alignment with our mission. This strategic realignment is designed to enhance our operational effectiveness and better position us for growth, future challenges and opportunities. We will be recruiting interested and qualified persons for NEW LEADERSHIP POSITIONS of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer; also, a Human Resources Officer to support recruitment and retention of the talent and expertise needed to drive our new direction.

The introduction of these new leadership roles aims to strengthen management functions for improved operational performance brings us closer to our vision to “Build a strong and financially sustainable future for our members.”
