LOAN REQUIREMENTS

Documents needed at interview for loan application:

• Valid Social Security Card or Passport
• Recent Job Letter no less than one month old
• Recent Pay slip no less than one month old
• A recent utility bill in your name no less than two months old. If you do not have a utility bill in your name a written verification letter from the individual whose name, the bill is in confirming that you reside at the side address along with a copy of that individual’s valid social security card or passport.
• Two-character reference information (one relative and one non-relative) their name, phone number, address, employer and relation.
