Job Description Business System Support Specialist

The Business Systems Support Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Credit Union’s core business systems and related applications. The role ensures the reliability, security, and effective performance of business systems, maintains data integrity, and aligns technology solutions with business operations to support operational efficiency. The incumbent serves as the primary liaison between users, management, and external vendors to coordinate system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and support the implementation and integration of core banking and digital platforms in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
